Link Budget Request

Engineers typically perform a link analysis or "link budget" to determine the antenna and power requirements for a transmission service. Among other things, the gains, losses, noise, and power in the link are calculated, which in turn provides the customer an accurate estimate of how well the satellite link will perform.
